The app
Tobera works offline. Your projects, materials, machines and quotes are stored only on your phone and never leave it: there is no account, they are not sent to any server, and the app has no ads or trackers. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud, the backup includes the app like any other; that copy is yours and Apple keeps it.
Pro and purchases
To know whether you have Pro, the app checks with RevenueCat, the service that validates purchases, when you open it online. It sends an anonymous ID created at install and, if you bought Pro, the App Store receipt: what you bought and when. Like any connection, the request carries your phone’s IP address. It does not carry your name, your email or your projects, and it is not used for ads or to track you across apps. Apple processes the payment: we never see your card. PDFs and backups
When you share a quote or export a backup, the file is created on your phone and you choose where it goes. The app keeps no copy anywhere else.
This site
It uses no cookies and no analytics. The server hosting it may log technical visit data, such as your IP address, to serve the page and protect it from abuse.

If the app or this site starts collecting anything else, this page will say so beforehand: what data and why.
